From the start, and up to your return home to your country, C3Medical Care Managers and their partners will support you 24/7, taking care of you and making you as comfortable as possible.
 

DAILY CARE PATH ORGANIZATION AND SUPPORT

C3Medical provides you with all you will need to make you, your family or the patient, feel at ease and comfortable. 

Throughout every step of the care path, C3Medical teams take care of – non-exhaustive -:

  • Organizing all the medical transfers and appointments 
  • Accompanying - if necessary, with an interpreter
  • Remaining constantly available to answer any personal concerns,
  • Anticipating and preventing the arrival of potential problems (e.g. logistics, administrative, decrease of morale), thanks to cumulative experience with thousands of patients coming from all over the world 
     

INTERPRETER

All our teams speak fluent English, some speak several languages, such as – non-exhaustive list – Spanish, Chinese.

Regarding English or American-English, you or the patient will be able to be autonomous in every aspect of your daily life, as most of the French nowadays do speak English. 

Maybe not always as fluently as hoped but enough to be able to converse with you efficiently or to help in any way. 

In addition, most of the French boards documentaton and 99% of usual products’ and medicines’ have instructions translated into English. 

During the medical interviews – where you will be supported by a C3Medical person, if you don’t speak English or not fluently enough -, C3Medical will provide you with the assistance of an interpreter.

We also suggest, to be fully independent, you to be equipped with a smartphone able to run an automatic translation app. They are now very effective and a good assistant for daily life.
 

24/7 ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

Beyond the assistance of the C3Medical Care Manager in charge, in case of an emergency, the patient or his relatives can count on a rapid response from a C3Medical team member or the hospital in charge, 24/7.

Available 24/7, they will immediately suggest or take the right decisions and, if needed, organize the most efficient assistance required – medical or not.

In parallel, thanks to secure access via cell phone to the C3Medical MGPS BestCare digital platform, you, your family or your patient and the different actors of the care path, can access all the information they need to know.
Everyone is "on the same page", instantly informed of any critical information.
